Jim Holder WTVA-Tupelo (Saltillo, MS) About: After spending almost a year in the financial investments business, Jim Holder returned to WTVA in December 2008. He previously spent 10 years in the WTVA sports department, where he began as a reporter and eventually became a weekday anchor.
Jim has co-hosted the football shows Friday Night Fever and First Down on FOX and has been honored by the Associated Press for Best Sports Reporting.
Before arriving at WTVA in 1998, Jim was the sports director at WBBJ-TV in Jackson, Tennessee. He is a 1993 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi.
Jim and his wife, Nan, were married in 2002 and reside in Tupelo.
